I always lag at the WORST possible moment when I'm farming or in a group. Hell, I remember when error 7 and crashing was more common. It sucks when you're about to finish a mission for the first time. Lag dropped me RIGHT before my guild's team won HoH even. :<

Plenty of lagging out in the Tombs, must've got the 3rd and 4th area 10 times before i finally reached the end without lagging out, that was a bad week.

Lagged badly in FoW earlier doing a solo forest run. Lasted right up until the last 2 groups, 2 spiders and the remaining Wood i had to kill. Finished 1 off then managed to run off just intime to survive. Came back and killed the other with no hope of interrupting Unguent (got a key), moved forwards to attack the next group, moved back and see 2 spiders, press to activate storm chaser and run off and just stand there doing nothing... Followed by that good old screen full of damage and the words 'Your party has been defeated, return to outpost'

Lag has just been happening too much lately. It almost makes me scared to do more group oriented pvp like ascent or such dearing that I would lag and our team would be finished.

the worst it has done to me, other than losing me games in ascent, is lagging out right after I paid 1k entrance to FoW. (TWICE)

i was in a group to go to the forgemaster in FoW.
i had my 105 ecto and 105 shards+mat and money all set.
i lagged right before i made it back to the temple after the restore quest.
err-7.
i was PISSED!

Ok picture the scene -

55monk trying to do the IDS run solo (thanks to great guide on the forum)

Still quite new so got quite beaten up now on 30DP and 1/2 naked - finally battle through to the cave success!!

manage to kill all the Imps (though died more) and success an Icy Dragon Sword - much gloating on ventrillo to guildies

Server lags out and boots me

not a happy bunny (been back 4 times not a sniff)
